I forgot to mention... that Frank said that once you code a US car to this EU AHL2 norm... your high beams(when on) the light will light up further down the road. I guess the DOT must have some max output when it comes to high beams. When driving fast at night its always nice to have the maximum amount of light thrown down the road.
