This doesn't seem like a issue with the store but more your own shipping inexperience because you're complaining that you got the more expensive shipping option. Why didn't you give them your work address like the rest of us?
And if someone stole your part that UPS left on your door, you'd probably be the first on here complaining how irresponsible they were.
