UPS returned the item back to bmwpartsunlimited.com / Chapman BMW in Arizona.
A week later bmwpartsunlimited.com / Chapman BMW hasn't issued a refund. bmwpartsunlimited.com / Chapman BMW claims they can't find the returned item and now they are unresponsive.
This fits the definition of a bad business: unable/unwilling to resolve a problem. But apparently I have unreasonable expectations.
Thankfully I put it on my AMEX card, never a problem to dispute charges.
