Based on the info I've seen from MCA their dampers are:
Designed and developed: Australia
Parts are manufactured: Taiwan, Europe and Australia
Assembled to order, including damper internals and shock dyno tested: Australia
That was another reason why I wanted to support. Where I can help it I won't touch chinese products with a 10 foot pole.
Re two way adjustment - the Red series are not separately compression and rebound adjustable. You'll have to check with MCA whether they only do rebound or combine both in the damper knob.
