I had my 1M bumper painted @ vinnies body shop in Lake Worth if thats near you. Very happy with the quality, and my turnaround time was 1 week.
I asked him to cut out the fog light surrounds/hosing because i bought the 1M duct work; and he did a very clean job.
Several friends of mine had cars/panels/hoods/bumpers painted there; the turnaround time varied greatly, some said the shop took forever.
