Like I said I use P21S wheel cleaner on my exhaust tips and then after I rinse the gel off, I use a sponge and some soapy water.

My wheel cleaner looks almost like the one in the link above... but my wheel cleaner is a reddish color and smells like cherries. Not sure IF its the same product or not.

I have also heard people used some stainless steel wool (#000 or #0000). I use the #0000 wool on my performance exhaust tips to keep them clean. Afterwards I use some paint sealer to keep them looking good.
