My immaculate 2011 BMW 1M is up for sale. The car was purchased in 2016 to be used as a weekend car, so the mileage is understandably low. I've averaged about 1,000 miles per year (4,000 in my ownership). It has never seen the track or snow and is always garaged with battery tender if sitting for an extended period of time. The 1M is truly an enthusiast's car, hence the price and hype around them. These cars have continually gone up in price since their conception, and will continue to do so as they get more rare (1 of 740).
