The only thing I'm really getting annoyed about with this diffuser is that I placed the order on the 8th, received a shipping email with a tracking number 2 hours later. However that tracking hasn't updated since. I emailed them this morning just to find out that they still haven't mailed it yet! They told me the tracking will be updated today, but it hasn't. I'm getting irritated. It doesn't take a week to mail something out.
