This is window trim, which I'm pretty sure is plastic and is adhered, not just clipped to the car. My worry is that dip dissolver may dissolve the plastic trim/adhesive.

Also, I don't want to re-wax my door panels after doing it, since I just spent 6 hours doing that on Sunday...
