Not sure if our cars need some special gadget but here's what I used for the differential output flange seals. Literally just a 'seal remover tool', I got it for $7 at Harbor Freight.
To install the seal just use a bearing/race press kit, or a socket thats sliiiightly smaller than the overall diameter of the seal.
Take note of the depth of the old seal. I don't know if there's a lip that stops it, but on my diff there was not, and I ended up pressing the seal too deep, thus ruining it. You may wanna buy 2 seals, and return 1 if you successfully press the first one in.
edit: SCRATCH THAT doesn't look like that's the proper technique. Check out this video
