I wish Michelin sold an extreme performance summer tire. Was looking at the SC2 but it is R comp I think, not to mention $$$. Would be nice to have something from them a little grippier in back than standard fare summer.
Speaking of expired tires...
Be wary of buying tires from Amazon. I wanted a temporary tire to bridge some time while I waited for rims to be ready and got a pair of KOOK v12 Evo 2s. They were advertised as new but production date was 2012! 7 years old!
Needless to say they were immediately returned.
Stick with tire rack or a reputable wheel seller like Apex.
