I think it could be your throttle adaptation out of whack. I know when I tried resetting my throttle adaption in MHD on my N54 135i it made the car rev exactly like that at idle when I didn't reset the adaption properly.

I learned there is a weird trick of resetting the throttle adaptation in MHD. start by resetting it, then turning the car off, then turning ignition back on, holding gas pedal to floor for 30 seconds with ignition on, then turning ignition off and taking key out, then finally turning the car oncompletely and boom - silky smooth idle again.

I had to use that weird little procedure to get the throttle adaptation to fully reset. If you have MHD try that, if not, see if you can do the same procedure but with INPA or something resetting the throttle. If have neither INPA or MHD, see if there are other ways to reset the throttle adaptation but Im not sure of any
