Also I've recieved some really conflicting information regarding "epa holds" from different sources. The info my CA sent me was that it was EPA held until 8/4, at which point it could be released, at that point they just had to get the window sticker etc and all that jazz to actually release the individual car, which occurred on 8/7.
When I called the bmw 1800 # and talked to a rep (the automated tracking hasn't worked on my car since arriving at the port in bremerhaven) I was assured that there was no known EPA hold for the car. This was on 7/29 or so.
So I'm honestly not 100% sure whats going on here, but am inclined to trust what my CA is telling me.
