Sorry to see that! I don't know what's worse!! Pretty much anything getting damaged on a 1M is "worse"!
No idea how to get ahold of any "hail guys" in my area. This ding problem is an annoying problem!
For a small ding on a relatively new car..you have to get PDR. This task looks tough to tackle though.
