The goal will be to have my device mounted in a fashion where no OBD2 wires will be visible, and hopefully the "OBD2 extension cable" is low profile enough to where the plastic OBD2 cover can clip back on with the cable attached. Hopefully I can also find somewhere to tuck my bimmer software OBD2 cable and USB cable so they are behind panels and not visible. Then just poke the OTG cable out the top of the AC vent and plug it into the Nexus 5. I will make a youtube video and post back here if anyone is interested, hopefully it turns out how I want! |
