I haven't gotten to needing injections yet....but I will take a 3" Paint roller with a medium to firm brush on it, and use that to rub the area down. Hurts like hell, but feels so much better afterwards! |
Rollers are useless for me.
I had my vertebrae's Fused after an accident (lumbar rupture 3-5) so there's always some pressure on the sciatic nerve. But lately it's been a BITCH. I'm nervous I may have a hernia in my lumbar 1-2, but we'll see.
I don't feel a thing right now though. Love that jooooose
