Guy at oppositelock installed TCK Koni Coilovers and had some interesting clunking. Said it was not assembled correctly but didn't go into detail. Might be worth looking in to for you.

If I might ask - what tires, and size, are you running?
And how stiff did you set the rebound?
Finally, may not help, but Dinan front springs aren't nearly as stiff as the R-Specs. They may not be ideally valved. Although they're closer than the stock ones are.
