Stock runflats with Spec-R's:
I set the rears 3/4 turn from soft, and the fronts 1.5 turns from full soft.
Also recently added E92 M3 FSB and Race RSFB inserts (most of them, anyway.)
And a decent alignment.

Rear feels AWESOME.
Front feels a little stiff. If I were going to keep RFT's I'd probably back off 1/4 to 1/2 turn. However, since I have a track event this weekend and will be getting Michelin PSS with 225/40 fronts in short order, I'm just going to leave it.
Not harsh or rough by any means - just feels a little tighter than the rear.

Response is great, and ride is so improved. A little better feel. It's interesting - texture and bumps come through the wheel to tell me what's going on, but - compared to stock - barely register in the body.
On my way home, there are 3 off-camber mid-turn bumps that always used to upset the car: shimmy and bounce out back, lose my stomach just a bit, and step slightly out of line. Tonight, all 3 were caused just a little vertical motion. LOVE it!
