Someone at the dealership took it out for a spin(joyride) and got the car messed up. They were afraid you would back out of the deal so they had you sign with 11 miles on the paper without inspecting it. Also the car will come out of warranty 89 miles sooner than if it actually had 11 miles. I would be mad at the dealership and I would not go to that dealership and I would not recommend that dealership to anyone.
