Just to add some salt on this thread....here is a post from TODAY about results the ASR 135i had, w upgraded turbos....AND....what...what did I see under the hood, the ASR closed intake system....this is very serious performance indeed.
TOP SPEED runs currently being held in Florida. The event is all about seeing how fast your car will be at the end of a 1 mile stretch. Starting from stand still.
I just got word that the ASR 135 just did 177mph! By comparison, a GTR with full bolt-on mods did 171mph.
The 135 has the following mods:
Stg 3 mods
Meth injection
ASR upgraded turbos
Procede v4 @ 19psi
Just to make it clear, this is NOT a top speed run. This is just how fast the car is going by the 1 mile mark. To put this in perspective, this is faster than a C6 Z06 and only a few mph off a C6 ZR1. Serious territory for a car that is shaped like a top hat.

We are playing w other elements to make the system easier to build, and cheaper...but we believe in the design....this is what building a solid solution is all about...testing, testing, testing....
