cruising at 150Mph your natually aspirated car will be MORE cool enough.
All BMWs destined for North America (South Africa, South America, Austrailia & parts of Asia) are Hot Climate builds. In otherwords they have increased cooling capacity (larger radiators, bigger fans, larger volume H20 pumps).
The N52 does not use an external oil cooler because it is not turbocharged.
Your water and oil tempatures will be fine.
