Was just reading in the Service and Warranty Information manual that came with my car that for the 1M and M3 DCT, the transition fluid is not required to be changed other than during system repairs (page 6). Not that I agree it never needs to be changed, but certainly different than the M3 manual trans which is specified to be changed.
