No touchup or spot repair type solution would look any good in my opinion.
You would need to visit a body shop and have the bumper repainted for best results. I am no paint expert, but if you wanted to attempt a DIY, there are plenty of youtube videos that can walk you through the process of prepping, filling, priming, and painting panels.
