Here's a good start for you. "Perfect" for the track is probably not exactly correct, but I think the poster in this other thread is probably pushing it quite a bit harder than most other folks would on a track. Bottom line: if the car is a DD with an occasional track day, it's probably good like it is. If it's your track machine, you'll probably want to upgrade the suspension.
