I believe that the 135i automatic is the very good ZF 6-spd slushbox and is the same with or without ZSP. The tranny will do rev-matched downshifts and is QUICK. Makes sense if your significant other doesn't drive a stick and you intend to get plastered on a regular basis (or as our English friends say, 'pissed as a newt' ; -), or you face a big difficult commute.
