You are quoting tracks, here is a straight line test, at a rolling start to high speeds and RPM where the M5 really shines. I bet you the only way the 1///M distances itself from that M5 is if the E60 was on P400 mode (400hp) or something was seriously wrong with the car, or driver was sandbagging.

Guys, I would love to believe our 1///M pulls out like that to an E60 M5 while rolling, but it is not happening. I can see how it is marginally faster to 60mph, but from a rolling start where you allow the E60 M5 to scream to its 8K redline, 1///M has no chance, let alone to absolutely obliterate the M5 as was shown here.

Need more convincing: take the law of transitivity. The E60 M60 pulls on the C63 every day of the week, and twice on Sunday. (stock to stock - there are a gazillion videos out there). M5 here is destroyed by the 1///M (it was not even close), yet the C63 beats the 1///M (as it should). So car A (M5) beats Car B (Merc), Car B beats Car C (1///M), yet car C beats Car A???

Sit behind the wheel of an E60 M5 and see for yourself what that car can do at high speeds from a rolling start (which this test was all about). It is not a contest. Track, 0-60 is a different animal where the 1///M will outshine, but here, sorry but FAIL.
