Come to think of it, those two, Austrian Dr Helmut Marko(Red Bull F1 Team atm) and (Count) Gijs van Lennep won Le Mans in their 917 back in 1971.
They're in their 70s now.
Van Lennep won also in '76 if I'm not mistaken(Porsche 936)

Anyway, Van Lennep worked for Dutch VW/AUdi/Porsche distributor (trackdays/training) some 10-20 years ago.

In 2000/2001 I had an Audi S3 and attended a Quattro anti-skidtech driving day. Van Lennep was there organising and explaining. We were devided in small groups of 10 cars(9 TT and me in S3) for things like slalom /cones fast driving.

Van Lennep got into my car(because het told me he liked it better than the TTs) and he is about the same height(not very tall for a Dutchman) as I am, so the seat/mirrors were already positioned well. He showed us the slalom in my car.

Then we had to try it. I was fastest And faster than Van Lennep

Later on he drove us in an A6 Avant(Station) Quattro around a small track, understeer understeer understeer etc. He told us secretly he hated that layout so much lol.

Very nice gentleman mr Gijs Van Lennep!

Cheers
