Call a dealer with your VIN and they can plug it into a spring selector. Late last year I found the selector online but no longer can get into it. I used Tischer / GetBMWParts for my springs. They were extremely helpful and priced as good or better than anyone else. I don't know what issues you might have with shipping to Canada.
My unofficial SWAG is you will need T3/T2 F/R or maybe T3/T3 with a 135i DCT, especially if you have power seats and a sunroof.
I don't think springs wear out too easily, but, if you've driven on salted roads, they could be getting bad. Hard to say from a distance.
