Perhaps your tuner has some of the coding messed up when the AC in on. Maybe they are running your radiator fan on MAX on purpose. ??? I would ask them.
I never hear my radiator fan running. But then again it only gets up to about 93'F over here for only a few days per year. Most days we have temps in the 70's and 80's 'F.
