Don't know if you visited already, but in Austria near the Slovenian border, there are some great locations and high alpine roads, like:

Großglockner
Nockalmstraße

It looks sweet! But yes, every year we seem to visit Gross Glockner and Nockalmstraße.
This year we ended up in Kranjska Gora for the night. It was a nice little village with breath taking mountain views.
Plöcken Pass(Ploecken Pass) leading into Italy is also a favorite pass. Lots of tunnels with U-turns INSIDE the tunnels. Quite a neat experience. But you have to use your horns inside those dark tunnels.
