F8X rear suspension on E8X/E9X

Let's talk F8X rear suspension for E8X/E9X.

-Pros- nice bolt on hubs with 14mm holes for studs.
M4 370mm brakes
The aluminum knuckle knocks 5 pounds off the unsprung weight.
The lower control arm is identical in length to the E9X M3 version other than the cam adjuster being on the knuckle end instead of the subframe end.
Bolts to Non-M or M subframes using F8X Ft and Rr upper control arms and F8X or E9X M lower control arms.

-Downside is it would need axle spacers and different/custom? Trailing arms and toe links. There's probably an aftermarket solution but I haven't looked hard yet.
Also it adds about 1.25" to the track width on each side so it would likely be a solution only for 1M or wide body cars.
Wheel choice, not sure if M2 wheel offset would work?
Needs longer F8X rear brake lines

Aftermarket adjustable toe links for E9X non-M fit but require trimming or shorter misalignment spacers on the knuckle end.
Thoughts?
