I have gotten very unsatisfactory service from dan @ united bmw. I ordered an alarm and he said it wasn't being released from bmw, that was more than two months ago. I have given emails, private messages, and left a message at united bmw with no response whatsoever. This is very frustrating considering I bought a few other things from him and i am a 1addict member which they seem to appreciate, or not.
