Just leaving my first transaction experience here:

I purchased a pair of black performance kidney grills directly from United BMW's website and was pleased to see that it shipped out the next day. Unfortunately I was unaware that the free shipping offer is no longer offered (no where on the site was it mentioned so I just assumed it was still free) and was never given a shipping quote prior to delivery (around $9). Your shopping cart will display shipping as TBD.

Dan answered my PM quickly in regards to that and notified me that the Penske Group is no longer offering free shipping incentives for 1Addicts; bummer. This left me somewhat bitter about the transaction, but when it arrived today I quickly decided to forget about it. The items were packed extremely well (the box was even stapled with those giant tv box staples!) and concluded that the $9 shipping was worth this kind of attention. Definitely will buy again from Dan.
