Post Injector install (possible issue)

Hello gang,
I replaced my injectors and had them coded last weekend. I took my time and it took me 1 day to complete everything. I started the car right after and let it idle for 10 minutes and no leaks were detected at all. Monday on my way to work 20 minutes into the drive, I started smelling fuel. I pulled over asap and forutunately I did bring my 14 wrench to tighten up the fuel rail bolts that were leaking. I was able to tighten up everything and get home with no codes thrown at all. However, i did leak a good amount of fuel on top of the head. I cleaned up with rags and no leaks since Tuesday. Car drove perfectly since Tuesday, but when I got home today I decided to check my plugs. All the bottom portions of the plugs were soaked in fuel when I pulled them out. What do I do now? Where do I go from here?
