I will say the response so far has been disappointing; even just an acknowledgement of the ongoing problem and a periodic status update would go a long way such that we at least know they're still working on the problem.

Can say that I'm personally disappointed that I purchased 200$+ of MHD stuff in late November and basically have not been able to use it so far after realizing that it was the cause of the throttle surge I was seeing.
