I'm looking for a 135i coupe, with a stick (yes please !).

I spotted an alpine white one, 2008, with about 130,000km on the odo (about 80K miles). It has the M package, what appears to be the Bmw performance exhaust, the hifi sound system but it has manual seats.... Would I regret going with the manual seats in the long run ? Any other option should I seek ? (I dislike all integrated GPS btw) Would the sound system make a difference in the value vs the average car?
