+1 on the Nokian being the best in the world for dedicated snow tires! Are they worth it? Heck yeah. You will pay a little bit more for Nokian but you get what you pay for then some. No question about it. Last time I priced them out, I talked with Josh and they seemed to have the best prices around and free shipping:

El Diablo, as for the standard vs. run-flat, any tire expert should tell you to run with the same as OEM. I will give a phone call, because I know in the past they have offered club discounts. That's how I found out about them. Will let you guys know.
