Only Matchbox made them I believe.. in orange, red, blue, black, gold, silver, and that rare pre production yellow one.
I know there was a white one too.. but not sure if that was a custom one or a limited production run
And also to get the silver color, you have to buy an entire Matchbox toy set that included the silver 1m
