It is somewhat nice that BMW offers a tracking service. However it does not win any prizes in my eyes. Sometimes the 800, Customer Service Rep, and OC are different. For me this tracking is just a tease. As reported I have been sitting on the dock for 3 weeks and no ship, according to my CA, has been assigned. I say if you are going to do something do it right or do not do it at all. Go ahead slam me, I probably deserve it.
