Since I always want to keep myself busy and working on the car in some facet, I went ahead and thought the biggest bang for buck was bushings, specifically subframe, diff, and transmission bushings. I went with AKG Motorsports being that I hear good things from a few other members.

Being that everyone talks about how bad the install is without any space to get the bushings out etc. I decide to go ahead and drop the complete rear end instead. It was actually relatively easy, with some help from my dad we had it dropped in 3 hours (I had exhaust already dropped before). Its pretty start forward, we disconnected brake lines, e-brake from inside car, remove brake sensors and abs sensor, remove the 4 subframe and it come right out.

Once out it was very. I got the harbor freight axle tool and then went and got a bunch of threaded rods with bolts and washers and they came out easily. I was surprised being all the stuff I heard online. For install it was easy, I throw them in the freeze for a few days before and they side right in. once in for 10 mins they had already expanded.

as for transmission mounts, they were start swaps, I did have to drill the mounting points out 1mm but that was straight forward. but what I was excited for was the RTD shifter!!

Thanks to Maher at RTD shifters, He hooked me up with one of there RTD Carbon Fiber V4 DSSR Shifter. the quality on it is amazing and I couldn't wait to see how it feels in the car. the install is pretty straight forward. I followed the budget bimmers youtube video which was really helpful. Looks amazing and fits great! Didn't have to trim but choose to so it was easier to get the center console in and out. Cant wait to give it a shot but sitting on the ground and going through gears it feels incredible!

I am currently waiting on getting my stock regulator figured out so once that happens I'll give it a shot and see how it feels. Still working on what I want to do as far as fueling for the car. I am thinking running port meth injection as its the easiest to get around here and will all me to hit my power goal.
