They do, you'll just need to reach out with shipping info for a quote. If it's like shipping to the US, it's expensive lol 75€ which seems pretty high considering my 1M canards were 30€ shipped and are about the same size
These mount with tape, not sure if they already have it on the covers themselves or if that is user provided
