@rapter: Mine is the same, when I get the engine really warm. Imho there's no way around that. My M3 did the same thing. The exhaust passes by there and if you let the car produce enough hot exhaust fumes, the exhaust will heat up anything and everything around it. My racecar has melted the soles of passengers sneakers.
