Rubs on big bumps currently but I am waiting on new ET58 rear rims which should cure it...however the longer I look at it I might just have the fenders rolled and hope for the best.

my car dropped pretty good with H&R sport springs and I was rubbing with the +45 setup and a 255 rear tire (direzza)
I bartered with a buddy on Saturday - changed his water pump on his 335 while he rolled my fenders, and he 5mm out of it and no more rubbing now.
Point is I think unless you are exceedingly low, even with a +45 in most cases a fender roll will do the trick. The only exception I could see would be if you are running PSS tires which run pretty wide
