I'm guessing you'll have to remove the whole thing, and then look at fixes similar to what you use on cloudy headlights. Would be far easier outside of the car. Or... perhaps take the clear plastic face off and clean inside if that's actually the issue.

I doubt it's on the inside. I even looked into replacing the clear plastic but FCP Euro said it's part of the cluster, sold as one part and I definitely don't want to replace the whole thing. $$$$.
