nope, no teams are testing Perilli tires, they will not waste the only time they can get "useful" data from the Bridgestone tires during Practice sessions.
You are correct for one reason, they ARE bidding for next season's supplier, but I believe they are also current supplier for some supporting races before the F1 Practice sessions, Qualifying and Race.
