I choose 700 as a compromise between single adjustable damper's ability to handle the spring rate, resistance to bottoming out, and subframe. Currently have Whiteline inserts, will be going back in for full poly at some point.
IMO, an 800# rear spring with a D/A damper and the stiffest bushings out there would be perfect for my particular goals.
