Yes I have in the past Tim. It's very informal, no scrutineering, and depending on who turns up it can either be very quiet allowing for huge periods of open track, or bonkers busy.
I found it to be a top way to find some low-key track time to practice technique without any pressure. That said, my first time there I was among 3 Carrera Cup teams that were testing, and goodness that was shock when they went past.
