Is this a new DME that just came out? I'm in a same situation: throttle lags whenever I come to a rolling stop -- almost got into an accident on the freeway when I first discovered this problem. I've asked my SA multiple times to no avail, and have since then given up and learned to live with it, but if there is a fix the better!
