I haven't started researching oil coolers too heavily yet, but I think the OEM setup from a 135i would probably be totally adequate for a tracked 128i. That's the filter housing, lines, and cooler. You'll definitely need it in Phoenix. I was just in Tucson a few weeks ago and man, it's just unbelievably hot out there.
