Yeah. Your best bet is to contact a place that can do the PPI before they do if you find the car. Let the dealership know that in addition to mechanical condition, you'd really like a detailed report of the cosmetic condition. Offer to pay extra for it. Most of the time you'll find someone willing to work with you on that.
